Car Hire in Asia

In recent years Asia has become a region of choice for many backpackers and holidaymakers alike seeking something different.   Countries such as China, Thailand, Vietnam and Singapore have really seen tourism boom and to reflect this a large number of tour providers, hotel sites and car hire companies have cropped up making it easier for travellers to find a hotel in Asia, book a tour and hire a car.

Though many people are daunted by driving in Asia as it is seemingly busy and chaotic, once out of the humdrum of the busy cities such as Bangkok, Bejing, Hanoi and Kuala Lumpur you will find the roads are much more orderly and reasonably quiet making it easier to drive.  Therefore if you are travelling to Asia and plan on visiting the countryside and smaller towns outside of the large metropolitan cities, car hire is a great way for you and your family to travel.  

Like in all countries, just ensure you drive carefully and have all the necessary documents and insurances enabling you to drive worry free.  Ask your rental provider of what insurances are included in your agreement and seek additional cover elsewhere if necessary.
