Love the Infographic and trivia! :) I definitely helped out with the shrimp consumption the last time I was in Vegas. My first trip there I was pleasantly surprised at the hotel specials I found. Apparently they want you to save your money for gambling and drinking. Speaking of drinks….here is another fun fact: the Rio All Suite Hotel and Casino complex includes a wine cellar that has more than 50,000 bottles.
